MMPA 2022 Lighting Technicians' Pay Increase

This document outlines the new rates for Lighting Technicians working on feature films or a single piece of theatrical type content that transmits on a global SVOD platform that have a budget of £30+ million. These rates will apply from the 1st April 2022 to the 31st March 2025 (inclusive). 17.05.22 update: edited grade titles - Shooting and Rigging roles are now described as 'Lighting Technicians' rather than 'Electricians'.
